Purpose of job: Reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing & Communications, The Creative Lead will be responsible for leading the creative team to take the lead on strategic thinking, concept development and visualisations, as well as art direction across all digital and out-of-home productions. An exceptional creative individual who is fluent in the principles of design, and a pro-active and independent thinker who loves a good challenge. Possess a natural eye for design, and a drive to inspire dynamic ideas that connect with our target audience, a champion for great creative work that represents the brand, and always willing to fight enthusiastically for good branding.

Stewardship of The Learning Lab brand systems including logo, typefaces, colour palettes and graphic motifs Brand applications across internal collaterals and centre facade (Centre design, HR-related announcements, events, business cards, letterheads)
Work closely with the content development, digital, and events teams to plan and execute the creative pipeline
