• Collaborate with brand, PR, and digital teams in conceptualizing ideas that answer project briefs/solve business problems
• Think analytically and creatively about the role of various forms of content, develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
• Identify the most effective content for each marketing channel that would engage the audience and achieve objectives
• Oversee designs of key visuals, layouts, and brand identity systems that deliver the communications objectives
• Review/screen all brand content and act as gatekeeper for maintaining standards on quality and ensuring consistency of messaging and visuals

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or any equivalent courses, with at least 5-8 years of experience in marketing/advertising/creative agency
• Eye for good design and art direction
• Copywriting ability is preferred
