, gaining first-hand coaching while contributing to campaigns that deliver measurable results and long-term brand impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns that balance

performance marketing objectives

with

brand-building goals

. Create compelling content and messaging tailored for digital and social platforms. Use data and performance insights to sharpen creative ideas and optimize campaigns. Contribute to brand initiatives that strengthen positioning and drive consumer loyalty. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns with precision and impact.

Requirements:

2-4 years of relevant experience in marketing, advertising, or digital content creation. Strong understanding of

performance marketing

tools and platforms (social ads, paid media, content optimization). A

keen eye to encompass both emotion in branding and design, and function in performance marketing

-- balancing creativity with commercial impact. Excellent communication, writing, and visual storytelling skills. Proactive, resourceful, and motivated to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
