The Creative Marketing Associate focuses on building strong bridges and connection to IvyPrep’s target audience to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales revenue. This role involves crafting of our social media strategy, developing and executing content for our social media and communication channels, conceiving compelling designs and layout for all marketing content, and ensuring daily creative maintenance of our marketing assets and channels.
You will play a key role in the creative process of designing, implementing, and marketing IvyPrep’s services through social media and online platforms, and make an impact with creative and disruptive ideas to connect people through design and communications. You will also be part of a close-knit team that is genuinely interested in your growth and well-being and in collaborating with each other.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Management
Develop, craft and create digital assets (Graphic Design, Videos, Podcasts) in line with company brand guidelines
Actively contribute to ideation and conceptualization of ideas across functions inspired by the brand vision set out by the management
Champion and efficiently manage creative projects from concept through to delivery, aligning key stakeholders internally and externally through clear communication to create high quality content
Collaborate with Business Development and Client Advisor teams to create engaging content to reach IvyPrep’s key target clients and potential partners
Monitor the creative outputs of other players in the ecosystem, keeping on top of key trends and developments
When required, manage creative vendors and partnerships; finding ways to collaborate in an effective and efficient manner
Social Media Management
Manage and grow social media platforms of the company (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
Have a baseline understanding of the platforms’ algorithms and how content can be repurposed to fit each platform in order to meet the company’s goals efficiently
Generate and execute creative content on social media
Monitor and review the performance of creative assets according to platform data analytics, and adjusting strategy, content direction and visual styles as necessary
Execute campaigns and post production works (e.g. video and photo editing / design)
Requirements
Degree from a reputable local or overseas university
Experience in a creative role, e.g. Graphic Design, Social Media Management, or Video Production
Experience in Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite / Final Cut Pro / Davinci Resolve is a plus
Excellent bilingual (English and Mandarin) written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills
Growth-oriented mindset and goal / objective driven
Ability to work well independently and reliably in a small, fast paced team environment
Positive and can-do attitude and willingness to serve is essential
Good organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines
Willingness to learn and go the extra mile
