Forward Minder Organization is a group of agency units of Prudential Assurance Company Singapore.
They are looking for a Creative Marketing Executive to join in a dynamic team and lead the development of unique, engaging content across various platforms. If you are brimming with fresh ideas and eager to bring them to life, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative concepts for campaigns, digital content, and marketing materials
• Collaborate with sales, and product teams to align creative output with brand objectives
• Design, create, and manage visuals and multimedia content for social media, websites, and other platforms
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for branding and advertising strategies
• Manage the entire creative process from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to inspire fresh ideas and maintain a competitive edge
• Review and refine content, ensuring a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels
• Coordinate with external vendors, photographers, and videographers when necessary
• Support the team in event planning and promotional campaigns with creative input

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and multimedia content creation
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and creative concepts clearly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
