Expectations of a Creative Service Manager

  • With the guidance of Sr Project Manager and in partnership with business team, will be the POC for the client in all subjects regarding project and creative service management and implementation, to guarantee the best deliverable on time and on budget \xe2\x80\x93 coordinating timelines, checkpoints, team allocation etc.
  • Implementing management methodologies, such as Agile to accelerate and improve the deliverables of multiple projects for the client
  • Anticipating and communicating risks and crisis in the projects under her/his responsibility
  • Relationship with Le Pub and client stakeholders (vendors, Other agencies, media players etc.) \xe2\x80\x93 local and global
  • Work with the creative, client servicing, & strategy teams in the delivery of end results; management of internal & external resources.
  • Production of project plans, tracking, schedules, deliverables & WIP reports; creating & refining processes for smooth & efficient workflow.
  • Full ownership of project life cycle: Plan, execute and monitor the project whilst considering scope/cost and quality constraints.
  • Defining the projects\' business objectives and requirements with the account managers.
  • Defining project requirements (in the form of the Requirement Specification Document or Scope of Work document), cost estimates and timelines.
  • Managing change requests in specifications required during the project delivery phase.
  • Managing expectations through regular status meetings, project documentation and project tools.
  • Ensuring the project teams are clear on the project requirements, timelines and costs.
  • Managing human resources in a project, including reassigning or requesting additional team members where necessary.
  • Assist the Project Director in drafting project/pitch proposals and cost estimates for existing accounts.
  • Assist the Project Director in resource management.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in operations and/or project management
  • Work experience in advertising and/or comms industry, preferably with global brand
  • Has worked in an advertising/design agency/environment covering digital and ATL.
  • Has managed projects that involves resources from various teams within the agency account management, strategy, data & analytics, UX, social, creative, & web dev.
  • Experience in leading projects, designing processes and overseeing complex jobs with many stakeholders
  • Experience in working in multidisciplinary teams and navigating agency and client dynamics.
