Job Title: Creative & Social Media Executive

Job Type: Full-time

Reports To: Regional Lead Creative

Role Purpose: We\'re looking for super-star to join our ambitious and fast growing team. Your main focus will be on marketing our beautiful co-living spaces, selling our offer and building our strong and vibrant community of young professionals in Singapore.

Goals/Deliverables:

• Increase brand visibility and recall by creating memorable content and creative assets
• Increase website traffic through social media initiatives

Core Responsibilities:

• Photography

• Operating of camera equipments for photoshoots
• Oversee and take photographs of property, staging and styling, scheduling and liaising with external VR vendors and part-time manpower
• Editing of photographs e.g. colour grading
• Videography

• Pre-production: conceptualizing and storyboarding
• Production: operating camera equipment for video production shoots e.g. home tours for IG Reels and lifestyle TikTok content
• Post-production: editing videos e.g. assemble, colour, edit footages and sound, visual effects and animation
• Social Media

• Manage Cove\'s organic social media presence and tenant social app, from strategy to content planning and execution to grow to reach and engagement
• Leading brainstorming meetings and/or providing fresh ideas and visual concepts for social media content
• Monthly social media reporting
• Events

• Work with the Tenant Experience Management team to organise awesome monthly engagements for tenants such as workshops, social events, community giveaways, etc.
• Create social content during community events e.g. videos for IG Reels

Experience and Qualifications Required:

Essential

• Completed an undergraduate degree or postgraduate in Communications, Design, Marketing or related field

• Experienced user of Adobe Suite and/or video editing softwares
• Good copywriting skills

Preferred

• Experience in production and video shoot
