Our media content focuses on creating home tours, new condominium launches and the most expensive properties in Singapore. Not only that, we are currently looking to expand our expertise outside of real estate and broadening our scope of content creation and marketing, providing clients with quality media content and a personalized experience.

As a social media intern, you will be creating content for our platforms, filming and editing short videos, designing simple posts and writing articles. Aside from this, you will also assist in other marketing activities like managing social media accounts and brainstorming sessions to create fresh and creative content. You should have good knowledge of social media platforms, creating short-form videos and content that will perform well on Instagram, Facebook & TikTok. Along the way, you will learn more about content creation, as well as work closely together with our creative director on crafting quality and interesting content. We will be more than happy to guide you along the way and teach you the basics of creative media, as well as learning more about the ever-growing market of Singapore Property. So come join us as we tour some of the most impressive and expensive properties in Singapore, creating media content for all to enjoy. What you will be doing: 1. Film & editing short videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook videos and TikTok
2. Research on trends and propose content ideas for our platforms.
3. Write articles for our platforms and scripts for our property media.
4. Cover property content by producing short-form videos and articles with photos
5. Assist in managing replies and handle engagement, follower growth, etc
6. Assist in brainstorming ideas for marketing campaigns/proposals
What we are looking for: Keen individuals with good working and learning attitude
Proactive and highly organized, with strong time management and planning skills
Creative thinker with excellent content generation skills
Strong writing skills, with an ability to vary style based on target audience and purpose. Experience and skill in writing content/articles will be an advantage
Good sense of graphic design on photoshop/canva to create simple social media posts
Comfortable working in a small team as well as independently to meet deadlines
