Credit Analyst - Corporate & Syndicated Loans

Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Credit Analyst to join our Corporate & Syndicated Lending team. This role is critical in assessing credit applications (C/A), analyzing financial health, and structuring solutions that align with both client needs and the bank's risk appetite.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and evaluate credit applications (C/A) with full financial statement analysis, risk assessments, and lending recommendations. Analyze key financial ratios, industry outlooks, and peer comparisons to support decision-making. Build financial models and develop cash flow projections to assess repayment capacity. Structure appropriate credit products and conditions tailored to client business models and the bank's risk parameters. Monitor portfolio performance, ensuring timely reviews and risk surveillance. Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory frameworks. Liaise with relationship managers and risk teams to support credit structuring and approval processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and modeling. Sound understanding of financial statements and credit fundamentals. At least 2 years of experience in credit analysis, preferably in corporate or syndicated lending. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. * Positive, can-do attitude; adaptable and a strong team player with collaborative spirit.
