Facilitate smooth day-to-day credit process of the Treasury Investment team via:

• Generating CREST internal rating for Fast Track & annual review credit papers
• Conducting Related Party and Connected Party checks
• Updating of information for MAS regulatory reporting
• Adhoc bank-wide projects on streamlining of regulatory data.
• Monitor outstanding credit limits
• Respond to compliance and regulatory requests for information in a timely manner
• Collate and generate reports on portfolio performance for review

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial

• To achieve the Financial KPI set annually, refer to above Key Performance Indicators

Operational

• Monitor existing credit limits and ensure there are no lapses in limits
• Monitor securities in portfolio for adverse news and other developments
• Support the Senior Credit Analyst through assistance of credit proposals preparation & submission to Credit Committee for approvals and renewal.
• Manage the credit approval process in a timely manner with all relevant stakeholders.
• Notify stakeholders in the updating of credit limits and ratings in all relevant systems. Ensure the accuracy and authenticity of these data.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders on all operational and regulatory matters.

Compliance

• Adhere to with established credit policies & regulatory requirements

QualificationsFormal Education:

• Degree holder

Preferred level of Experience (by years/function/industry):

• Exposure in Accounting and Financial Statements
• Fresh graduates are welcomed.

Other skills required:

• Basic knowledge of Credit Risk and Financial Markets
• Good communications and presentation skills
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets and editing tools
