Job Description

- Handle inbound and outbound collection calls
- Explain payment breakdown to customers in detail
- Negotiate repayment amount and payment dates with customers
- Enhance overall collections efficiency and delinquency rates
- Resolve customer issues and handle walk-in payments
- Meet monthly cash-collection targets
- Min 2 years of experience in telemarketing, customer service or debt collection in a call center
- Highly organized and independent
- Positive team player with good verbal communication skills
- Meticulous and possess a sense of urgency
