Investigate and resolve discrepancies relating to non-payment of invoices. Perform credit evaluation and analysis for new customers and regular credit review for existing customers. Conduct aged balance review with HOD and follow up review actions. Prepare and sending of monthly statements of account & reminder letter to customers. Report and alert of any exceptional and problematic customers and apply appropriate actions to minimize bad debt. Liaise closely with Internal & External customers, proactively build and foster strong relationship. Ensure cash is accurately applied to customer accounts on a timely basis. Ensure customers are billed in an accurate and timely manner. Process of inter-companies billing and facilitate reconciliation of inter-companies balances Requirements: Minimum Diploma or above At least 2 ' 3 years of experience in credit control with at least 2 years in similar capacity Preferable with experience in Freight Forwarding & Logistics industry Computer literate and familiar with MS Office & MS Excel Self-Motivated, Analytical A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Independent and fast learner with minimum supervision Meticulous, organized, able to meet deadlines and work under pressure Job ID: L7XW94VX All Successful candidates can expect a very competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive range of benefits.
