Credit OfficerAR & Collection Responsible for obtaining timely payments from customers within agreed payment terms, maximizing cash flow and reducing AR outstanding. Prompt and accurate reconciliation, allocation and follow-up to closure on AR outstanding. Resolve AR dispute/s with both internal and external parties. Stakeholders include ZP external - Customers and Clients, ZP internal - Operations, Sales and Client Service/ Perform dunning, suspension and/ or manage debt recovery process. Credit & Risk Review and release orders on credit hold - balancing risk management and smooth daily operations. Work closely with Credit Management team to perform / trigger periodic review on customer within portfolio. Monthly Closing & Reporting Submit weekly cash forecasts Prepare & monitor aging, DSO & overdue monitoring, and perform customer-collection analysis reports Fulfill monthly & year end closing activities on time Others Initiate and/ or participate in process improvements or transformational projects Compliant to Corporate & ZPSG Credit & associated Policies Document and/ or assist in SAP/ WI for credit department Any other assignments which may from time to time be assigned arising from business needsJob Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Accounting or Business Studies or Information Systems with at least 3 years of relevant working experience. Strong in MsExcel, MsPowerpoint Working knowledge of SAP - FI(AR), SD, BW IT Savvy, with working knoweldge of Tableau, Power BI as a plus Possess ability to multi-task and maintain a strong focus on quality, accuracy and attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills (written and oral). Customer oriented. Possess initiative, self-motivated and an adaptable or positive mindset Ability to work & deliver results under pressure, in a high volume & fast paced environment Possess strong integrity, and is trustworthy Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills A team player, yet independent and accountable
