Believe In Our Mission. Join Us. We are looking for a talented individual to join our Operations team, at a category defining Fintech startup that is backed by Tier-1 investors and partners. The role will entail the execution of various loan and trade financing procedures.
Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Operations Team and drive different processes
• Process documents for financing and liaise with end customers
• Handle clients\xe2\x80\x99 queries on their account status - funds availability, pricing, collection status, etc
• Conduct verification with end-customers and ensure that all transactions are satisfactorily supported by relevant documentation from all parties
• Perform cash reconciliations and manage disbursements
• Monitor the accounts and actively follow-up with clients on any issues
• Work with Credit to identify any potential red flags and mitigate collection issues
• Credit underwriting for SME clients which involves reviewing bank statements, credit bureau reports, spreading financials, credit assessment, etc
• Able to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to keep track of business and operations processes
• Constantly seeking to improve and streamline operational processes
• Study the business and operations data for preparing reports and work with MIS Systems and assist various senior executives in submitting required reports
• Knowledge on prepaid cards and payments is a plus
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Degree Holder with at least 1+ year of relevant work experience is a plus.
• Meticulous, precise, logical and have a keen eye for detail.
• Independent worker with high adaptability to dynamic situations; able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing technology-driven environment.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral in English (note: fluency in other languages would be considered as added advantage).
