The following role will be responsible for performing risk analysis of credit requests and monitoring of the credit portfolio of the Singapore Wealth Management Branch.

Responsibilities

• 
  Perform counterparty and collateral risk analysis on applications and annual reviews
• 
  Presentation of the credit files to the credit committee
• 
  Ongoing monitoring of the credit portfolio
• 
  Produce reports to management
• 
  Provide guidance to the front office team for questions related to credit risk
• 
  Support the permanent control on credit risk issue
• 
  Assistance in audit recommendation
• 
  Assume any other tasks as assigned

Requirements
To be effective and successful in this position, the individual must:-

• University degree or equivalent, preferably in Banking and Finance
• Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in credit risk experience within Private banking experience will be an advantage
• Understanding of Private Banking Credit Products, in particular insurance policy financing and mortgage loans
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent writing skills and accuracy in delivering analysis
• Ability to work under stressful and fast pace environment
• Customer oriented, self-motivated and meticulous
• Be a self-motivated, self-initiated creative problem-solver
• Be able to foster constructive and effective working relationships with all the Bank’s stakeholders
• Have good verbal/written communication skills and interpersonal communication skills
• Have strong organizational skills and be able to effectively manage and prioritise tasks
• Have attention to detail
