Role and Responsibilities

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals. Prepare project estimates, track budgets, and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with stakeholders, technical teams, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality results. Manage team tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to the bank's policies and standards. Produce clear project documentation, including status reports and Steering Committee presentations. Act as the primary liaison between business units, IT teams, and support functions. Facilitate Agile/Scrum practices and ensure compliance with the bank's project methodologies. Address user requirements and concerns, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: At least 5 years as a Project Manager in banking/finance applications. Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with credit risk, wealth management, financial instruments (loans, derivatives, ratings, etc.), and regulatory compliance. Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools and Agile/Scrum practices. Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to interact with diverse teams and senior stakeholders. Competencies: Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and team management skills. Good to Have: Knowledge of trading, front office, back office, or private banking activities is an advantage. * Degree holder.
