Plan, coordinate, and oversee the daily crewing personnel operations while adhering to the crew department\'s rules and regulations.
Collaborate with the Technical and Marine departments to arrange interviews for potential candidates seeking roles as engineers and deck officers.
Maintain up-to-date crew lists for each vessel continuously.
Keep accurate records of personal, medical, training, and certification information for all seafaring personnel.
Monitor the validity of documents and licenses for all crew members on board.
Handle the process of mobilizing and demobilizing personnel, including travel arrangements, visa processing, and hotel accommodations.
Maintain close communication with manning agents to schedule personnel and designate ports for crew changes.
Work with port agents to ensure seamless logistics arrangements for incoming and outgoing crew members.
Review invoices received from various agents (crew, travel, accommodation, manning agents, visa, etc.) and approve them before forwarding them to the Finance department for payment. Communicate with vessel flag administrations regarding crew-related matters.
