Job Description


Our client is a leading provider in the offshore sector and currently has an opening for a Crewing Officer to join their Singapore team. This is an opportunity for someone to develop their career in crewing in an established organisation.

You will be support the crewing operations in schedules and planning of crew changes and duties will include:-

  • assist in travel arrangements for the mobilisation and de-mobilisation of crew
  • ensure the relevant requirements are in place such as medicals, certificates, qualification documents, etc
  • maintain proper files and document control
  • assist with crew payroll
  • support in the recruitment of crew
The successful candidate will hold a Diploma or above in Maritime studies or in a relevant discipline and will have at least one year\'s experience in a similar role. You will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to form effective working relationships with people from a variety of backgrounds and levels of seniority. You will be well organised and enjoy working independently within a team environment.

This role is open to candidates who are Singaporean or a PR.
