Job Title: Crib Controller - Non-Conforming Materials (FIFO) - Onsite
Location: Singapore
Shift: Primarily First Shift (other shifts may be assigned based on project needs)
Reports To: Project Manager
Job Summary
The Crib Controller will be responsible for handling non-conforming materials (QN parts) within the crib, ensuring FIFO compliance, proper segregation, and accurate documentation. The role requires strict adherence to supervisor instructions and close coordination with stakeholders and internal teams to support timely disposition and smooth material flow.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Maintain crib inventory of non-conforming materials, ensuring FIFO compliance and full traceability.
• Carry out issuance, storage, and transfer of QN parts to inspection, rework/repair, and scrap crib.
• Record accurate and timely updates in ERP/quality systems (SAP, Solumina, Modula, etc.).
• Follow supervisor instructions diligently in all crib operations, material handling, and Quality department tasks.
• Coordinate closely with stakeholders and team members to ensure timely disposition and closure of QNs.

Work Experience
Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Production, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in inventory, stores, or quality/material handling.
• Familiarity with ERP/quality systems (SAP, Solumina, Modula).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and data tracking.
• Knowledge of FIFO methodology, QN handling, and part traceability.
• Strong discipline in following instructions, teamwork, and communication skills (read, write, speak).
