To initiate and implement strategic and tactical CRM campaigns and constantly review and improve the effectiveness of our customer and lead journey
Oversee and manage the OSIM Elites Rewards Program together with the CRM Executives to ensure the targets set for enrolment of New customers and Retention of Existing customers are met
Identify key customer contact strategies and develop differentiated approach for different OSIM Elites tiers.
Lead CRM Executives to brainstorm and implement contents for OSIM Elites to drive engagement with customers, which includes but not limited to Membership events
Lead the brief for all OSIM Elites Communications and Collaterals development and contents to other departments
To lead and oversee the preparation of monthly reports for management and operations team's review
Improve the performance of marketing investment (ROI) through monthly post-campaign analysis
Monitoring data accuracy and initiate appropriate actions to increase data accuracy
Work closely with internal stakeholders to fine tune the Client-telling app based on the test launch feedback and integration of POS and Sitecore
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years extensive experience of CRM marketing, designing, developing, and executing CRM, Loyalty, Customer Lifecycle programs
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing or Business)
Advanced level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Demonstrate substantial knowledge and hands-on capability in working with databases, data analysis, customer segmentation, campaign management, measurement reporting and email marketing platforms
Deep analytical acumen and understanding of data-driven marketing principles that drive ROI
A confident and articulate communicator and has excellent written and verbal communication skills, including deck development
High intellectual curiosity, drive, determination, and self confidence and is a team player with interpersonal skills
Attention to details, highly organized, structured thinker and critical thinker with an ability to translate data to actionable insights
Technical knowledge of CRM and Marketing Automation solution will be advantageous-e.g. SAP Hybris (desired), Adobe Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, Eloqua
