The candidate should have good experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM as well as a strong business analytical background and also strong technical skills. Responsibilities Develop and demonstrate strong functional skills in areas affected by company's suite of applications To gather requirements, develop design specification documents and also perform tasks such as configuration, testing, data manipulation and documentation. Develop basic understanding of the client/server technical environment, associated concepts and MS/SQL databases. Undertake delivery of product training in a classroom or on-site setting as necessary. Lead a small team and manage onsite or offshore partners to manage design, build, testing, UAT in an offshore-onsite delivery model. Demonstrate Contact Centre implementation with CRM and healthcare domain experience is an add-on not mandatory. Requirements Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent Has minimum 5 years relevant technical experience with 3 years in Microsoft Dynamics CRM product suite skillset including Marketing integration. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and an ability to resolve application issues Certification in MS Dynamics CRM in desired Experienced working with offshore delivery partners Good Verbal speaking and writing skills
