to meet business process and application requirements. Serve as asubject matter expert

.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.5+ years of experience
in CRM development and application configuration.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service
is required. Advanced proficiency inConfiguration & Release Management, Design & Build Enablement, and Build Management
is strongly preferred. Strong experience incustomization, integration, and workflow automation
within CRM systems. Solid understanding ofsoftware development lifecycle (SDLC)
and agile methodologies. Proficiency in programming languages such asC#, .NET, JavaScript
, or similar. Experience withAPI integrations, data migration, and database management
. Excellentproblem-solving skills
and ability to make strategic technical decisions. Strongcommunication and stakeholder management skills
