Job Title CRM Executive - DFX



Join the game-changers

Supporting the successful planning and execution of multi-channel communications to our DailyFX audiences across Chinese and Japanese speaking content sites.

Join our DailyFX team, leading global financial and markets that delivers best in class content to its audiences in English, Japanese and Chinese languages. You will support the development and delivery of our CRM communications. The role will work closely with our content teams, and regions to ensure that we deploy best in class CRM, generate insights that inform our strategy and keep a keen eye on CRM performance to drive continuous optimisation of our campaigns and journeys that drive lead generation, retention and conversion.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do

  • Work with the marketing and CRM teams to create new, effective CRM journeys for web and app users.
  • Set up effective lead generation and conversion journeys for our DailyFX audiences.
  • Ensure email and communications journeys are set up and continually optimised to deliver conversion.
  • Monitor key campaign metrics and highlight areas for improvement and optimisation.
  • Work with Content and production teams to ensure all formats of content is delivered via our CRM.
  • Work with the Group Marketing CRM team to ensure best practices are applied to emails and journeys.
  • Understand the regulatory landscape and ensure all communications are compliant and meet all requirements.
Who you\xe2\x80\x99ll be
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Traditional and Simplified) languages both written and verbal to a high standard.
  • Experienced working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation tool to build and send emails and journeys.
  • An understanding of key CRM engagement metrics, and how to measure, test and optimise results.
  • Experience in HTML coding language for building emails a prerequisite
  • An understanding of Data Privacy regulation
  • A passion for learning, and for sharing skills and capabilities.
