Job Summary
The CRM Analyst, is CRM functional professional with knowledge in CRM process and system that enable support CRM key initiatives and optimize our CRM platform. He/she will report into the Manager, Commercial Excellence.
Job Responsibilities
Support project activities from initial planning through implementation
Collaborate with cross functional / business stakeholders gather and document CRM requirements, and translate them into user stories from functional aspect
Perform data analysis, data cleansing and support data migration effort
Create and maintain documentation including process flow, testing script/user guide and training materials
Assist in meeting coordination, keep track and follow up actions through to completion
Other tasks and opportunities as identified
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst with experience in the CRM space
Basic knowledge CRM processes in the area of Sales & Marketing and the utilization of IT systems for this
Proficiency in CRM Platforms (Salesforce preferred)
Experience in data analysis, process mapping and documentation
Experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration skills
Ability to actively manage competing deliverables to meet project deliverables and timeline
