Job Description
My client is a leading Fashion company with close to 800 stores and 500 employees globally. As part of their growth plans, they are looking to hire a CRM Architect/Project Manager into their team.
What You Will Be Doing
- Responsible for functional implementation of CRM solutions
- Design and introduce new CRM solutions and align with business requirements
- Constantly enhance systems and ensure consistency in data across all data points
- Serve as the Project Lead and manage the projects and enhancement calendar and budgeting
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including user manuals, and system specifications
- A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM Systems or related systems
- Prior experiences in SAP/Salesforce is a plus
- Experienced in IT Project cycles and Project MAnagement Methodologies such as Agile
- Strong stakeholder management (internal and external)
