As a member of the Sciences team, you will develop crop analytics using primarily computer vision coupled with other data sources to increase the accuracy and throughput of plant phenotyping. You will work with the engineering and software teams to develop data acquisition methodology and data stream to enable crop analytics. You will contribute to the high accuracy in crop monitoring, early detection of crop issues, and predictive capabilities, effectively becoming a useful tool for urban farmers to monitor their crops and minimise crop losses from detrimental events.



What we Expect from you?

• Develop image analytics algorithms (image processing, AI/ML) to identify and quantify crop phenotypes e.g. plant growth, pest and disease incidents, and other anomalies
• Collaborate with sciences, software, and engineering teams to develop data acquisition methodology and corresponding data pipeline
• Develop, test, and evaluate data or AI models to predict outcomes that can be integrated into farm production, providing early warnings and minimising productivity losses

Digital Marketing Communications Executive

This role will be an integral part of the business development team and will work with other members of staff across the other departments. This position will be focused mainly on digital marketing efforts, with occasional offline marketing thrown in from time to time.

• Create effective marketing campaigns that produce results on different channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, SEO, YouTube, website etc. to promote our products and services.

Engineering Technician

As an Engineering Technician, you will be supporting the implementation of novel farming systems that improve operational efficiency and farm performance. Your tasks include repair, install, replacement, and servicing various systems and equipment.

Quality Assurance Specialist

You will be the first QA member of our team, working closely with the Farm to build Archisen\xe2\x80\x99s Quality Management System and work on addressing real time quality problems. You will eventually build and lead the quality team within Archisen.

Senior Agronomist

As a member of the Sciences team, your will help our client farms to monitor farm performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring a sustained, optimal farm performance. You will work together with farm managers, engineers, scientists, and other stakeholders to mitigate issues and improve farm performance. You will contribute to the consistent crop production in our client farms and food security in the community.



What we Expect from you?

• Design framework to monitor farm performance based on client requirements. Outline SOPs when production outcomes are not achieved
• Collect and analyse data from various sources e.g. production data, growing conditions, pest management, supply chain, workflow etc. to identify potential causes for production issues and propose solutions while considering practical limitations

As a member of the Sciences team, you will develop new research capabilities in life/biological science, and conduct R&D in crop science to improve yield productivity, increase crop quality, and validate new technology. Your research findings will be applied to our partner farms, contributing to productivity gain and quality improvement.

As an urban farmer, you will be involved in planting, production, and housekeeping tasks in a clean and air-conditioned environment. You will be working closely in teams with other urban farmers, technicians, farm leaders and the farm manager to ensure smooth operations of the farm.
