Cross Applications Sales Specialist - Industrial Process Automation Integrator

Start date: Immediate. Notice periods can be considered up to 3 months Max

Location: Singapore

Travel requirement: Domestic Based Projects

Salary: Up to $250,000 SGD / Annum - Inclusive of incentives

Duration: Permanent Hire

Working Week: Approx. 45 Hours per week

They provide expertise in Process Automation, DCS, SCADA, PLC / Control / MES / OSI PI and consulting in Digital Transformation Pharma 4.0 architectures and solutions covering all IT, OT and IoT applications, infrastructure and service selling into the Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical / Biotech industry.

The Role

The role will form part of the wider sales team within the organisation. The person is responsible for relationship management & developing the business that the company offers across all technologies in the manufacturing space for that client.

This position is the single point of contact for clients manufacturing sites across the globe. The role will work with the wider set of the companies service offerings to develop the full breath of delivery across all service lines.

The Candidate Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Relevant degree such as science, engineering, computing or similar with 5-10 years + experience

\xc2\xb7 In depth expert knowledge of Life Science manufacturing and its diverse range of manufacturing Digital, MES and process automation systems.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in interfacing and interacting with key stakeholders up to and including the C- Suite

\xc2\xb7 Ability to sell at the senior management & executive levels, and articulate the value of Delta V, Rockwell Automation, Siemens, Schneider OSI PI products, MES solutions & services in a manner which demonstrate tangible economic value

\xc2\xb7 Has worked on a life Science manufacturing facility in a management role with a good understanding of the manufacturing environment

\xc2\xb7 Effective communication skills with the ability to interface with operational, capital projects and senior management within the organization

\xc2\xb7 Experience as a service provider, with a good business acumen

\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of the regulatory aspects of the Life Science manufacturing

\xc2\xb7 Deep Understanding on all Project Lifecycle phases and tasks

\xc2\xb7 Strong Project Management Skills (Scope, Cost, Schedule Management)
