What the Role Entails
The Cross-Border Payment Associate Test Engineer role is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this role, you will be at the forefront of testing and improving Tenpay's cross-border payment systems, contributing to the development of automated testing frameworks and specialized testing tasks. Responsibilities

• Test Automation Development: Lead the automation testing of Tenpay's cross-border business and backend interfaces. Contribute to the creation and enhancement of an automated testing framework, ensuring efficient and reliable testing processes.
• Specialized Testing: Execute specialized testing tasks, including security, performance, reliability, and compatibility testing. Engage in creative testing activities such as code evaluation, white box testing, and building transaction simulation testing systems to ensure the robustness of our systems.
• Research and Innovation: Explore and implement cutting-edge technologies like LLM and generative models. Focus on improving system operations, developing innovative use cases, and enabling intelligent debugging to enhance system quality and efficiency. Staying updated with the latest tech trends and applying them effectively is crucial.

Who We Look For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with graduation expected between January 2025 and December 2026. Undergraduates who are still pursuing their studies must be available to join before the end of 2026.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments is essential. Experience with a high-level programming language, such as Java, is highly advantageous, along with proficiency in at least one scripting language like Shell, Python, PHP, or Perl.
• While direct work experience is not required, a strong understanding of the FinTech industry, particularly Chinese FinTech, is highly valued. Any relevant coursework, internships, or projects demonstrating this knowledge will be considered a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese Mandarin are required, to effectively liaise with stakeholders based in China and international markets. Proficiency in managing documents and tools in both languages is essential.
• Strong sense of responsibility, ability to articulate ideas clearly, and thrive under pressure. These qualities are critical for success in this role.
