Responsibilities


Game Operation:

Deal cards or operate the roulette wheel for table games

Financial Transactions:

Collect losing bets and accurately calculate and pay out winning bets.

Player Interaction:

Explain game rules to new or inexperienced players and offer general assistance.

Security & Compliance:

Ensure all games are conducted according to rules, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Monitoring:

Observe player behavior for any signs of cheating or misconduct and report suspicious activity to security or management.

Customer Service:

Maintain a professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor to provide excellent service.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records and balance the chips at the table.
Required Skills & Qualities


Numeracy:

Excellent mental math skills and high accuracy with calculations.

Customer Service:

Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer relation skills.

Calm Under Pressure:

Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Attention to Detail:

High levels of concentration and accuracy in handling chips and cards.

Integrity & Professionalism:

Honesty, reliability, and a professional appearance and attitude.

Teamwork:

Ability to work collaboratively
