Crypto Operations Specialist/Manager
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Crypto Operations Specialist/Manager to join our expanding digital assets team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing wallet infrastructure, supporting daily crypto settlements, and ensuring operational accuracy across our crypto product offerings.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MT5, OneZero Hub, and institutional wallet infrastructures, coupled with a solid understanding of Crypto CFD trading, liquidity management, and settlement processes.
Responsibilities

• Wallet Management:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain hot, warm, and cold wallets across multiple custodians.
• Execute and verify crypto deposits, withdrawals, and internal wallet transfers.
• Coordinate address whitelisting, KYT/travel rule checks, and wallet tagging processes.
• OTC Settlement & Treasury Operations:

• Oversee daily Crypto CFD and spot OTC trading flows, ensuring accurate execution, hedging, and exposure management.
• Operate and maintain MT5 and OneZero Hub systems, including pricing streams, symbol setup, and margin parameters.
• Manage real-time position monitoring, P&L validation, and reconciliation of trade data across multiple systems.
• Coordinate with liquidity providers (LPs) to ensure best execution, competitive pricing, and consistent market depth.
• Support configuration and integration of new CFD pairs, including stablecoins, altcoins, and major crypto assets.
• Operational Monitoring & Reporting:

• Track and investigate transaction anomalies or exceptions.
• Maintain transaction logs and assist in generating audit/compliance reports.
• Support MAS reporting and regulatory record-keeping where needed.
• Process Improvement & Support:

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of SOPs related to digital asset operations.
• Support integration testing for new upstream providers or custodians.
• Provide operational support for ad hoc crypto initiatives and projects.

Preferred Attributes

• Knowledge of Blockchain explorer tools.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (engineering, compliance, finance).
• Familiarity with multi-venue liquidity routing and aggregator systems.
• Ability to respond promptly to operational issues, including outside regular hours when required.

Requirements
Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in crypto operations, treasury, settlement, or digital asset custody.
• Candidates with a strong background in OTC Operations may be considered for a senior position.
• Proficiency with MT5, OneZero Hub, or equivalent trading and liquidity aggregation platforms.
• Strong understanding of blockchain confirmations, token standards, and settlement flows.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL is a plus.
• Experience working under MAS-regulated environments or understanding of PSA (Payment Services Act) is advantageous.
• Knowledge of blockchain confirmations, token standards (ERC20, TRC20, BEP20), and network fee dynamics.
• Awareness of MAS PSN02 / PS-G03 guidelines for custody and operational risk.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
