Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a Travel Account in Alabang
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Set Up: Onsite and Shifting Schedule
Start Date: ASAPWhat You'll Do:
- Planning and selling transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services
- Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations
- Providing relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc.) to travelers
- HS Grads/ SHS Grads - no BPO work experience accepted
- College Graduate - no BPO work experience accepted
- Willing to work onsite in Alabang and on a shifting schedule
- Has good command of the English language
- Compensation plus Day 1 HMO;
