Job Description
- Create substitute scheduling necessary arrangements in case modifications occur just before or in the course of the main trip
- Generate bookings for intended journey, like resort hotels and airlines
- Follow-up with customers regarding holiday options and help make modifications as needed
- Match the usage of extra miles along with other benefits of which consumers wish to use
