Job Description
Customer service specialists process complaints and issues related to products or services. They help customers complete purchases, upgrades, and returns, and frequently provide advice and technical assistance as well. They generally work in office environments, call centers, or from their homes.Requirements:
- Student Loans: Not worked/ studied/ lived abroad for the past 7 years
- Finished at least 1 semester in college;
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills
- Has good analytical skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
