Job Description

Qualifications:

  • 18 months call center experience with a minimum of 1 year collections / sales experience.
  • At least_ 1st year college undergrad_ with no back subjects.
  • Should be amenable to work at BGC, Taguig.
  • Okay to work on a Graveyard shift.
Responsibilities:
  • Answering incoming calls/email from customers
  • Resolving customer inquiries/requests
  • Developing and maintaining accurate files
  • Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
  • Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner.

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to Php28,000.00 per monthSchedule:
