Qualifications:

18 months call center experience with a minimum of 1 year collections / sales experience.
At least_ 1st year college undergrad_ with no back subjects.
Should be amenable to work at BGC, Taguig.
Okay to work on a Graveyard shift.

Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls/email from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Developing and maintaining accurate files
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner.
