Job Description
- Answers phone calls and provides important information/ assistance to clients.
- Communicates with customer on the phone or using written correspondence to take care of concerns.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients.
- Partner with Sales Professionals in fulfilling after sales requirements of assigned customer base.
- Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
- Paid training
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- 13th month salary
