Our partner is a luxury international hotel located in Orchard Road, Singapore, renowned for its world-class hospitality and dining experiences. The hotel is committed to nurturing future talents in the hospitality industry by offering hands-on internship opportunities.
Eligibility: This internship is open only to:
- Singaporean students
- Singapore Permanent Residents (PR)
- Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) holders
- Work Holiday Pass (WHP) holders
Internship Details:
- Working Schedule: 5 days per week (44 hours per week; overtime compensated).
- Meals: Duty meals provided.
- Uniform: Provided with laundry services.
- Allowance: Basic S$1,200 - S$1,600 per month (excluding overtime).
- Location: Orchard Road, Singapore.
- Duration: 6 months
- Assist chefs in daily food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Ensure mise-en-place is prepared according to kitchen requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
- Assist in receiving, checking, and storing food supplies.
- Support in buffet setups, banquet events, and outlet service needs.
- Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines.
- Assist in minimizing food wastage through proper handling.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Chef de Partie / Sous Chef.
