You will act as a consultant to business leaders and department heads, providing expertise in various HR functions such as employee relations, talent management, organizational development, performance management, and workforce planning. The CTBP plays a crucial role in fostering a positive work culture, promoting employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.Heres how youll be making an impact:

  • Contribute as a valued member of the Americas HR team to ensure that Qliks Mission and Vision is delivered to support achievement of the overall business strategy and maintain the essence of Qlik.
  • Work in partnership with the Business Leaders and other Qlik leadership colleagues to develop and grow a scalable organization model that supports and delivers against the long-term growth strategy of the business, through the effective and ongoing development of successful and best practice talent management strategies.
  • Working with Qliks Talent Development team to ensure appropriate performance management and employee development initiatives in place to support both employee and company success. Pro-actively drive the talent agenda across the organization in alignment with the Global People Development Strategy.
  • Ensure that Compensation and Reward programs across are competitive, cost effective, and compliant and align with Global Reward strategy for the business by working closely with Global Total Rewards colleagues.
  • Identify medium/long term business challenges/needs and translate them into commercially focused HR solutions which support the delivery of the business strategy. Understand the growth cycle of the business to be able to develop and embed strategies to enable growth/change successfully
  • Promote and nurture a positive and open working environment that supports the values and provide the tools and framework that encourage open and effective employee communications.
  • Fully utilize the analytics tools available to gain insight, drive performance and transform our business using data and best practice knowledge to ensure we remain informed, competitive and at the forefront of our market from a human perspective.
  • Develop and grow leadership effectiveness - challenge, coach and mentor respective business leaders on business and people issues to ensure they perform more effectively as an overall business
Were looking for a teammate with:
  • Bachelor equivalent preferred
  • HR professional with 6+ years collaborating with diverse teams with a proven track record in delivery best in class HR in the software industry.
  • Experience in a matrix structured, global company is essential, as is a globally inclusive mindset.
  • Track record in architecting and driving change and transformation in business. Experience of driving growth organically and through acquisition.
  • Good technical HR competence across all disciplines with emphasis on talent management, people initiatives, change management with an emphasis around successfully coaching leaders.
  • Appetite for learning
  • Strong employment law understanding of respective markets.
  • Travel as required.
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels, strong communications skills and ability to navigate and influence across key stakeholders in the matrix.
  • Results driven and focused on execution against plan.
  • Innovative thinker and able to drive creative ideas and embed them in the business.
  • Strong commercial awareness, financial business acumen.
  • Strategic and analytic thinking skills
  • Process driven mindset, planning/organizational capability and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong change management skills, ability to architect and drive transformation programs and lead teams through those programs effectively.
  • Very customer focused able to drive customer success and delight stakeholders.
  • High energy. Strong initiative and able to operate independently.
  • Highly versatile, resilient, adaptable and flexible
  • This position is an individual contributor role and reports directly into the Sr Director, HRBP.
