Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Curriculum Developer and Trainer with a strong background in Counseling Psychology, a deep understanding of the National Mental Health and Well-being Strategy (2023), and a passion for advancing mental wellness through innovative curriculum design and training. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in integrating technology, therapy, virtual reality (VR), biofeedback, and assessment methods into both curriculum and training delivery to enhance programs at diploma and higher education levels.

Responsibilities:



Curriculum Development

Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of mental wellness programs for diploma and higher education. Integrate cutting-edge technologies, therapy approaches, VR, and biofeedback into curriculum development strategies. Ensure alignment with the National Mental Health and Well-being Strategy (2023) to address current and emerging mental health challenges.

Research and Innovation

Conduct research in counselling psychology and mental wellness to support evidence-based curriculum development. Stay abreast of advancements in technology, therapy, VR, and biofeedback, and apply these findings to enhance educational programs. Foster a culture of innovation within the academic community, encouraging faculty and staff to explore new methodologies in mental health education.

Collaboration and Partnerships

Collaborate with faculty members, mental health professionals, and industry experts to incorporate diverse perspectives into curriculum development. Establish partnerships with external organizations and professionals to enhance program offerings and ensure real-world relevance.

Training and Professional Development (Trainer Role)

Deliver mental health-related courses, workshops, and hands-on training sessions for both students and faculty. Provide professional development opportunities for faculty to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in mental wellness education. Support faculty in integrating technology, therapy, VR, biofeedback, and assessment tools into their teaching methodologies. Train students in practical skills and psychological wellness techniques to strengthen both academic performance and personal resilience.

Quality Assurance

Implement and monitor quality assurance measures to ensure program effectiveness. Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the impact of curriculum changes and technology integration. Ensure compliance with

Edutrust certification

requirements.

Qualifications:



Ph.D. or Master's degree in Counselling Psychology or a related field. Proven experience in curriculum development

and training

for mental wellness programs. In-depth knowledge of the National Mental Health and Well-being Strategy (2023). Demonstrated expertise in integrating technology, therapy, VR, biofeedback, and assessment into educational and training programs. Strong research background with a focus on mental health and well-being. Excellent communication, training, and collaboration skills. Passionate about advancing mental wellness in higher education.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $4,500.00 - $60,000.00 per month
