Responsibilities:Training:
a) Achieve annual department budget and targeted trainee participation
b) Provide guidance to trainers for conduct of WSQ courses with alignment to stat board regulatory requirements
c) Upkeep SSG ATO and ITE COJTC status as an accredited training provider
d) Develop training programs on MHE and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts for smooth delivery of training course syllabusCurriculum Developer: * Develope new coursewares (Product and Process) to meet market trend and demands

• Submit new coursewares for regulatory approval for course commencement
• Enhance existing coursewares to meet regulatory requirements
• To maintain course registry records and filing

Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Engineering related field
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Singapore
• Attained full WSQ DACE/DDDLP/ACTA/ACLP certification
