Summary
We are hiring a Curriculum Resource Developer with at least 2 years of teaching experience to join our team. Collaborate with a team of developers to create high-quality educational content. Strong understanding of the MOE syllabus and ability to create quality routine materials. Able to teach effectively, adapt quickly, and exceed expectations. Responsibilities

• Strategic

• Collaborate with product development and business unit teams to ensure our products and services are of excellent quality
• Curriculum

• Provide subject and pedagogical expertise to other members of the curriculum team.
• Manage and provide mentorship to other members within the team of curriculum resource developers and thus develop curriculum competencies of team members.
• Collaborate with members of the curriculum team to create, sustain and improve the development and maintenance of high-quality educational content, including lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials for children specifically for the product.
• Collaborate with members of the curriculum team to create, sustain and improve the development and maintenance of high-quality educational content, including lesson plans, and assessments specifically for the hybrid tuition model.
• Conduct research and thus identify the latest educational practices and trends. Provide insights on trends in education and technology, and analysing the potential impact on our products and services
• Teaching

• Carry out teaching duties which include, but are not limited to:
• Frontal teaching in the classroom
• Assigning homework and giving feedback
• Engaging and updating parents
• Tracking the academic progress of students
• Complete any ad-hoc task or projects assigned by the management team

• NIE Diploma in Education
• At least 2 years of Teaching Experience
• Strong understanding of the MOE syllabus
• Proficient in creating and delivering educational materials with a strong understanding of the pedagogical approaches in education
• Some technical knowledge of learner management systems
• Good collaborative skills
• Possess excellent verbal communication abilities
• Responsible team player with a positive approach to work
• A passion for education, and dedication to cultivating the skills and academic abilities of young students
• Committed to the development and well-being of children
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
