Job Description
Summary Epigrams custom publishing manager works alongside the design studio and project management teams to develop pitches and ensure that all projects are executed on time and on budget. The candidates primary job scope is to introduce the companys bespoke services to potential customers, as well as devise suitable publishing solutions for clients needs.
Job Scope
- Answer queries about our publishing services via multiple channels including phone, emails and walk-ins
- Prepare and submit tender documents including cost proposals, timelines and track records
- Organise brainstorms and project manage tender pitches
- Make presentations on companys offerings and strengths to relevant parties
- Reorganise and update company's portfolio on a regular basis
- Keep and update record of past projects, client list and contact details
- Organise the production and distribution of corporate gifts for clients each year
- Register for and maintain login accounts for clients procurement platforms
Requirements We are looking for an independent and confident individual with a strong command in both written and spoken English, to service both potential and existing clients. Ability to communicate in mandarin is a bonus. The candidate is expected to show initiative in learning and value-adding the firm.The candidate is expected to work 5 full days a week, attend meetings, develop proposals and make presentations to clients on a regular basis. Throughout the course of your work, you will be required to work with various internal departments including the design studio, project management, production and finance.Probation is 6 months depending on performance.
