Job Description
Position title : Customer Account Executive
Location: Sembawang
Working Days: Mon-Friday , 5 working days
Working hours : 9am-6pm
Salary : SGD 2,500 - SGD 3,200 (depend experience)

- Primarily assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
- Able to efficiently respond to customer any e-mail or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
- must liaise between other internal departments or Vendors and the customer to provide the service most suitable to the client\'s needs and time restraints.
- Must also be able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the production department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
- Degree or Diploma with 2 to 3 years of working experience in Semiconductor or related field preferred. Also any other qualifications relating to Sales or Marketing is an advantage.
