Roles & Responsibilities Leading Turoprop manufacturing having opening in the Customer Support center in Singapore.
The candidate will report directly to the Head of Customer Material Support within the organization.
Engage with customers through visits & calls

  • Understand the customers’ material problematics & expectations
  • Have a constant view on their priorities / needs with regards to the backlog
  • Discuss the material performance, share benchmark & agree on action plan to boost performance
  • Collaborate with the operators on material planning (maintenance schedule [checks, main elements…], network organization vs line maintenance [stock strategy…]….)
  • Be the customers’ material advocate within ATR teams
  • Commercial to provide a landscape of ATR position vs the competition + help them articulate winning propositions (solutions, pricing…)
  • Supply chain to provide an accurate view of the priorities & help them better anticipate the needs
  • Customer facing function (CSD / sales) to inform them on potential material issues or dissatisfaction
Be an active enabler of the customer material topics
  • AOG: take the lead with all the concerned stakeholders when complex AOG (no stock vs alternative solutions…)
  • Step up whenever the NBO is not capable to sorting the customer’s issue (complex queries)
  • More generally, be the focal point to facilitate the communication internally to ensure smooth operations (technical, commercial, supply, repairs…)
Pre-requisites:
  • Min GCE ‘A’ Level or Diploma Holder with at least 2 year(s) of working experience in the Aerospace Industry.
  • Fresh graduate from Aeronautical field is welcome.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office and SAP;
  • Fluent in English.
