What will you do?
You will be the consultant who will deliver solutions and services that will get the clients intrigued and excited about the organization\xe2\x80\x99s solution suite. Gather client needs and make recommendations best suited for client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements. Build relations with clients and become their trusted advisor. Leverage your existing experiences in Insights and Analytics, Customer Experience, Quality Management; to assist consumers with their operational and strategic requirements. Share your experiences and knowledge with APAC consultants and benefit from their expertise. Become a key sourcer for the Pre Sales and Support Teams, in scoping prospects and establishing requirements. Train operational staff on new product functionality Work to develop new consulting methodology. Run presentations and advocate for organization\xe2\x80\x99s solutions to collaborating with stakeholders on their quality or insights strategies. Who you are.
Someone with at least 4 years of Contact Centre Operations experience, You must in depth knowledge and experience in Insights, Analytics, Quality, Process Improvement or Change. Some knowledge and experience in Voice of the Customer technology such as Speech Analytics, Text Analytics, Surveys or Quality Management would be advantageous. Exposure and ability to manage different stakeholder at different levels and needs. Experience in driving quality transformation, finding customer insights or developing process and/or automation opportunities. Championed insights, initiatives, optimization or change that you\xe2\x80\x99ve uncovered, delivered, or championed within your previous roles. You use business analysis and data manipulation to drive positive outcomes. You are data driven. Good to have
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in appropriate field or equivalent industry experience Demonstrated capability of operating in a customer-focused, customer service/sales-driven environment Previous experience using Workforce Optimization & Customer Engagement Optimization solutions, or equivalent product sets.
