Job Description


Job Scope

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Communicating with customers through various channels
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer frustrations and complaints
  • Knowing our products and services inside and out to best recommend them to fit customer needs
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Job Requirements

  • No formal education required \xe2\x80\x93 Just a personable, cheerful and attentive personality!
  • Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
  • Typing speed of ~70 wpm
  • Personal experience working/owning cats is a big plus!
  • Proficiency in English is compulsory \xe2\x80\x93 Mandarin / Bahasa Melayu preferred
  • Experience working in customer support or frontline service roles advantageous
