You are able to work remotely but must be contactable at all times.
As a Customer Advocate, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints (if any) regarding products and services through emails & social media. In this position, you will collaborate with internal and external teams from Singapore and Malaysia in handling the needs of the customer to provide excellent customer service in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for the administrative tasks such as monthly campaign promotion support and raising Purchase order in Netsuite.We also requires:1. answering inquiries and resolve complaints (if any) through social media & emails daily including weekends 2. Raise Purchase Orders in Netsuite & skype the Singapore/Malaysia team for them to pack for the Ecommerce order 3. Set the Monthly Promotion Setting in Netsuite 4. Any other administrative task required.
Candidate must possess at least High School Diploma, Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Marketing or equivalent.
6 months to 1 year of customer service experience (may it be email, phone, or chat support)
Knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications
Basic knowledge of Oracle Netsuite has added advantage.
Reports and corresponds timely to the internal team via Skype
Excellent written communication skills
Strong ability with customer support software, and different Ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Amazon, Lazada, Shopee)
An ability to understand and communicate complex ideas to customers, both verbally and in written form
Eagerness and ability to learn specialised, technical information
Aptitude to quickly learn and navigate new technology, systems, and applications
Ability to accept feedback gracefully and with an open mind
Intermediate understanding of common Customer Experience best practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
