Customer Care Coordinator (6-month Temp)
To serve as a frontline contact for customers across South East Asia, providing comprehensive support for both sales and service operations, while ensuring excellence in administrative processes and customer satisfaction.
You will

• Act as the primay contact for all customer inquiries related to sales and service opeartions.
• Management customer accounts, liaise with internal teams, and respond promptly to requests for quotations, order processing, and general information.
• Resolve discrepancies related to sales, shipments, and customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide after-sales support including warranty claims, commercial returns, and product servicing.
• Prepare and process commercial documentation such as sales orders, pruchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, etc
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet customer needs and provide administrative support to internal stakeholders.
• Provide general office and reception support as required.

You have 2 years of experience, working in a sales orienteed or customer facing environment.

• Strong commercial and logistics knowledge, with exposure to sales documentation.
• Proficient in computer applications
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Demonstrates initiative and problem solving capabilities, particularly in customer interactions and post-sales support.
• Self-motivated and able to perform under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Positive work attitude and a strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently; multitasking experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to contribute as a collaborative and effecte team member
