The key role is to manage and liaise with our customer for repair work requests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. . To handle customer enquiries effectively and resolve their issues through various means and modes of communication: Walk-in/ Telephone/ WhatsApp/ Emails . To support and assist the sales team for customer related matters. . To maintain and organize customers' record and repair service requirement details:- Issue sales invoice for any repair cost incurred Issue supporting letter for luggage mishandling issues Update master list of repair services Liaise with third party repair technician for modification works Liaise with customer on travel bags collection and follow up information Liaise with driver for repaired bags drop off points . To coordinate with repair technicians in ensuring the repair works are completed according to schedule Liaise with merchandising department for spare parts ordering Update Product Manager on products quality and customers feedback Conclude a summary of defective/damaged items and report to the managers to facilitate the claim process. . To handle front office reception and administration duties Answer inquiries, provide information to customer and take messages Oversee sorting and distribution of incoming mail/parcel . Any other tasks that may be assigned to you from time to time. Experience: . Minimum 2 years of working experience in the similar position or in the customer service/ hospitality industry. . Microsoft Office . Good written and spoken English and Mandarin preferred . Good interpersonal & communication skills Other Benefits: . Medical benefits .
