1. Front line customer contact role for all sales and service operational support covering S E Asia
Sales Support includes manage the accounts of customers, interface with internal team and customers on a daily basis, responding appropriately and resolving requests for information, quotations, orders processing and other administrative requests, resolving any sales/shipment discrepancies and complaints etc to meet customers\' need
Service Support includes schedule and co-ordinate resources to customer requests and expectations based upon nature of call, urgency, contractual obligation, available resources and customer need. After sales support in warranty claims, commercial returns, product services - both on site call and Hub related, Supporting the team leader in skill gap analysis ensuring customer care coordinators are competent in handling all tasks.
2. Co-ordinate and admintrate the operational systems, consistency approach to business processes and reporting in the course of work
3. Working as a team to meet the needs of customers and providing administration support to internal customers 4. Prepare/Processing documentation such as quotation, sales order, purchase orders, delivery order, invoices, letter of credits and any commercial documentation 5. Assisting the Senior Coordinator/Team Leader and contribute as a member in meeting objectives and performance of the team 6. Provide support to the KAM on debts collection. 7. General office & reception administration, whenever required
To succeed, you will need:
1. Above 2 years experience in sales oriented environment 2. Good commercial & logistic knowledge and exposure - knowledge of sales documentation, post-sales procedures, methods of payment and finance control would be advantages 3. Computer literacy is essential 4. Good interpersonal skills, both on an individual and team basis 5. High level of initiative in problem solving with the customer and post sale support within Edwards 6. Self-motivation and ability to work under pressure 7. Positive working attitudes and willingness to learn 8. Experience with multi tasked an add advantage. 9. Ability to work as effective team member
