Job Description


Responsibilities:Carry out supervisory duties to plan, assign and direct work to ensure daily operation efficiency, ensuring that regulatory and internal KPIs are metSupervise team of frontline agents; Monitor, coach and guide staff in meeting individual KPIsIdentify and provide solutions to both customers\xe2\x80\x99 and team needsHandle escalations and complaintsAny other ad-hoc duties as assignedPeriod:

  • 1 year contract
Location:
  • Toa Payoh
Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm
  • Alternate Saturday, 8am to 1pm
Salary:
  • up to $3800 + bonus
Requirements:Minimum Degree holder with at least 2 years of customer service management experience in customer facing role preferredStrong organisational, analytical and effective problem solving skillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalProven people management skills; able to build relationship with colleagues at all levelsSelf-starter. Possess professional, positive, can-do attitude.
